How long until I get a reply?
We reply within one business day. Every message gets a ticket number the moment you send it, so you know it arrived.
A run was refused or failed. What happens to my credit?
A run that is refused, for example because the tailored version would have changed your layout, or that fails on our side, has its credit returned automatically.
Can I upload a PDF?
Yes. A PDF is rebuilt into an editable DOCX first, and you can look at the rebuilt version beside your original before anything is tailored.
Do I need an account to write to you?
No. Use the form on this page. It only needs an email address so that we can answer you.
