Fresher resume में क्या होना चाहिए, इसी क्रम में।
Fresher resume एक पेज, एक column, सबसे नया सबसे ऊपर। ये हैं sections, और हर एक में क्या लिखें।

नाम और संपर्क
नाम, शहर, फ़ोन, professional ईमेल, और LinkedIn या GitHub अगर उनमें आपका काम दिखता है। पेज के ऊपर सीधे text में, header, photo या icon के अंदर नहीं।

पढ़ाई (Education)
Degree और branch, college, साल, और CGPA या percentage। Degree चल रही हो तो Class XII भी जोड़िए। सबसे नया सबसे ऊपर।

Projects और internships
Fresher resume का सबसे ज़रूरी हिस्सा। हर एक में दो-तीन bullets: आपने क्या बनाया या किया, किन tools से, और उसका क्या नतीजा निकला, जितना सच है उतना ही।

वो languages, tools और तरीके जो आपने सच में इस्तेमाल किए हैं, वैसे ही लिखिए जैसे job posts लिखते हैं: "Power BI", न कि "PowerBI"; "SQL", न कि "databases"।

Format के नियम
ATS के लिए layout क्यों मायने रखता है।
- एक column हर portal के लिए सबसे सुरक्षित है। दो columns पसंद हों तो पढ़ने का क्रम सही रखिए: हमारे Sidebar और Banner layouts पहले नाम, contact और skills पढ़वाते हैं, फिर आपका काम, और text boxes कभी नहीं।
- सीधे headings: Education, Projects, Internships, Skills। "My Journey" जैसे नाम गलत हिस्से में चले जाते हैं।
- हर जगह असली text। Skill bars, stars और शब्दों की जगह icons parser को दिखते ही नहीं।
- Photo, जन्मतिथि या declaration नहीं, जब तक application ख़ुद न माँगे।
- जहाँ portal PDF लेता है वहाँ PDF भेजिए, और Word file बदलाव और tailoring के लिए रखिए।

Fresher ke liye resume kaise banaye?
