SwitchWithAI tailors your existing resume to a job description in under thirty seconds, built for job seekers in India and made by Rishh Labs.
What SwitchWithAI does
Upload the resume you already have, paste a job description, and get a tailored resume back in your own formatting. The ATS keywords that matter for that role are worked into your existing sentences in context, so the result still reads like you wrote it. You can review every change before you accept it, and a free ATS checker shows how a resume scores before you spend a run on it.

What we hold ourselves to
It only adds what your resume can back up
A keyword from the job posting goes into your resume only when your own resume or your confirmed skills support it. We never invent experience, titles, dates or numbers.
Your layout stays yours
You upload your own DOCX (or a PDF that we rebuild into one), and we edit the words inside it. Fonts, spacing and structure are checked after every run, and a version that would have changed your layout is refused rather than sent.
Your resume is not training data
Resumes and job descriptions are processed to produce your tailored document and are not used to train models. Deleting your account removes your resumes, tailored files and run history.

Who makes it
SwitchWithAI is a product of Rishh Labs, an independent product studio. It is built by Risheek Mittal, the founder, a mobile and full-stack engineer who spent four years on production apps used at real scale.
It is a small operation, and we would rather say so than imply otherwise. The studio’s own line is “building the useful things, the careful way,” and this product is held to it.
