SwitchWithAI is looking for a few final and pre-final year students across India to share a free resume tool with their batch this placement season. About two hours a week for eight weeks, from your own phone.

What you would be sharing

Many companies screen resumes with an applicant tracking system before a recruiter reads them. SwitchWithAI tailors a student’s own resume to a specific job description in under a minute: it keeps their layout, never invents experience, and shows the ATS score before and after. Anyone can try the free ATS checker first, without an account.

What you do

  • Share your link in your batch and class groups, about once a week. No spam, no groups you are not part of.
  • Introduce us to your placement officer or a faculty coordinator if you can.
  • Collect one piece of honest feedback a week from students who used it.

Who can apply

Students in the final or pre-final year of any degree at any college in India: engineering, management, commerce, science or arts. Being active in a club, a class group or your placement committee helps.

The rules

  • No fake accounts or sign-ups. Accounts made on the same device as yours do not count.
  • No paid ads, and no posting in groups you are not a member of.
  • Breaking a rule ends the role, and rewards not yet paid are not paid.

Apply

Tell us your name, college, branch and year, city, WhatsApp number, LinkedIn profile, roughly how many students are in your batch groups, and in two lines why you want to do this. The founder reads every application and replies within a week.
