Precision is not inflation
Turning a vague sentence into a specific one is honest work. Adding a tool you have never used is not. The line between them is whether it happened.
Reordering is fair
You did six things worth mentioning; a resume has room for three. Choosing which three matter to this employer is the whole point of writing to an audience.
Name your own gaps
If a requirement is genuinely missing, know it before you apply. Candidates who raise their own gap first tend to be believed on everything else they say.

Nothing was invented — the work always was maintenance and documentation across four teams. The first version simply failed to say so. That is the difference between resolving a sentence and stretching it.
Do this before moving on
Read every line of your resume and ask: could I talk about this for two minutes, with specifics, if someone pushed? Mark any line where the answer is no. Those are the lines that will cost you in the room.
